At Clesso Bikers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.
